Boutique Lane does not issue refunds for any reason, however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we do allow exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. We will enable you to exchange your item one time for an item of equal or greater value (excess must be paid). If you choose to return the product, we offer a store credit with a validity of one year from the date of issue. However, you will be responsible for applicable shipping, duties & taxes, and other applicable fees. The exchange will also depend on the stock available with Boutique Lane. Returns & Exchanges for Damaged Pieces

If for any unlikely event, your product(s) arrives damaged (tears, damage, stains, etc) we request you to initiate a request for Return & Exchange within 24 hours after receipt. All such requests are subject to review and approval at Boutique Lane’s sole discretion. Once your request has been approved we will process the Return & Exchange and bear the entire cost for shipping and any other applicable fees.

Any request for Return & Exchange will not be accepted after the time mentioned above period. Products returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unaltered, and in saleable condition. Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 7 days from the day we receive the products.

Please note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you. The package contents should be properly covered and taped.

If you received a Boutique Lane product as a gift or want to give someone a gift, and would like to exchange it for any reason, we can offer you store credit.
